★Traphizoidal part: v2 = k/6 (A1+A2+4 A3) [A3 = (A1+A2)/2]
0.30/6 {1.5²+0.25²+4*(1.5²+0.25²)/2}=0.347m³
★Column part: v3 = 4x0.25x0.25
=0.25m³
Total = 1.047m³
Dry volume = 1.5x1.047 = 1.57m³
sum of ratio = 1+2+4 = 7
Cement = (1.57x1x30)/7 = 7 bag
Sand = (1.57x2)/7 = 0.448m³
Brick = (1.57x4)/7 = 0.90m³
0.90x300 = 270 Nos
b) M.S. bar Calculation:
★10mm base main bar @ 15cm c/c:
Length = 150-2x2.5+2x10x(10/10)
= 165cm
= 1.65m
N = (150-2x2.5)/15 +1
= 11 Nos.
Weight of bar = (10²/162.2)x11x1.65
= 11.19 kg x 2
= 22.38 kg.
★16mm dia-main bar:
Length = 3.5+0.5+0.3+0.2-0.05-0.01x0.08+0.075+2x10x0.016
= 4.585m.
Weight of bar = {(16)²/162.2}x4x4.585
= 28.94 kg
★6mm dia -tie@ 20cm c/c:
Length = 2(20+20)+30
= 110cm
= 1.1m
N = {(350+50+30+20-2-5-1x2-1.6-10)/20}+1
=23 Nos.
